On a daily basis do we take so time out and show oneself appreciation?
Appreciation for me is reflecting from where I started to where I am presently on my journey of knowing thyself.
Appreciating my divine body working and corporating with me in all the hills and valleys. Sometimes we make a decision which is not conducive to our being at that particular moment and it’s wonderful we are still supported. We are never alone on our life journey.
Let us all live from a space of appreciation not for what we have or what we want, just for who we are.
“Appreciation is the highest form of prayer, for it acknowledges the presence of good wherever you shine the light of your thankful thoughts.” Alan Cohen

- “I always wanted to be somebody. If I made it, it’s half because I was game enough to take a lot of punishment along the way and half because there were a lot of people who cared enough to help me.” – Althea Gibson
“Self-appreciation is a sign of maturity, seeking appreciation is a sign of immaturity” ? Sivaprakash Sidhu
As we express our gratitude, we must never forget that the highest appreciation is not to utter words, but to live by them. John F. Kennedy
“Simply give to yourselves that which you need – which is love and appreciation without judgment.” ? Réné Gaudette
To be more childlike, you don’t have to give up being an adult. The fully integrated person is capable of being both an adult and a child simultaneously. Recapture the childlike feelings of wide-eyed excitement, spontaneous appreciation, cutting loose, and being full of awe and wonder at this magnificent universe. Wayne Dyer
